New Beginnings
Today marks the start of a new beginning. I have decided to start this blog to expand on what I already know and to learn more about myself. In recent years I have seen that blogging has taken people to new heights and has also helped other people expand on their own sense of style. With this blog I will be sharing my photography works, inspirations, muses, and my own personal style. What I want the main focus of this blog is to be fashion and personal style.
My choice in this blog's name, comes from my heritage. "Kies Mode" means "Choose Fashion" in Dutch. My origins are a small part Dutch and I happen to LOVE their culture. Last year, I got the chance to travel to Holland, which helped my love grow for the country. I came to the realization that, at one point in my life, I must spend a prolonged amount of time there. The reason why I titled this blog "Choose Fashion" is because fashion has become one of my main interests that I have chosen. Fashion plays such a major in everyday life, but to truly become a part of the fashion world, one must choose that pathway. Putting this name in Dutch for the title makes it more personal, because it directly connects to my being. I hope that this blog will take me to new places.
